I go through stages of playing games intensely, then don't play a
single thing for months. right now I'm in one of my gaming moods and
have been playing things every night. getting a PSP for emulation

no, all isos. ps1 emulation is actually really great, better than SNES
emulation, because the system was made to emulate ps1 games. it just
takes a bit of haxing firmwares and the like. I can show you sometime

Okay. Game stores fail. Follow me on this journey. I go to GameStop to pick up Shadow Hearts. When I get there, I see the box. I'm like "omg yay," but little did I know. So I'm waiting in line, reading the back of the box and get all hyped up, and then I come to the register, give them the game, and what does he tell me? "Umm. you've outlevelled most of the hard ones by now (which is probably a
good thing -- some are reallllly annoying). some of the end ones might

And I'm guessing that trying to start a brand new game and doing a Yuri
SCC would be hell? I remember thinking about that during some battles
when there were like six or seven enemies. That's brutal -- and no

you just don't have the capability to do much against bosses, and
winning regular battles is a real task. I guess you could try it, but I

Haha. Well, I'm not out to make the game no fun. If using the Fusions
that carry over from the New Game+ still make the game pretty

-- Much like I mentioned before, I got to about level 93, I think,
before I had to go at with Gepetto and then proceeded to get rocked
hard. I need to get him the best equipment and level him up some, same
for everyone else that isn't apart of my main group. The Man Festival
is so, so wrong. -- I got all of the Soul Drops and upgraded all of the Fusions to max in the Graveyard. I have Amon and Neo Amon at level 10, so I'm covered in all areas except for finding out where Kurando's second fusion is. -- I got the Bike Jacket by going around talking to people who saw Lenny. I'm guessing that's Yuri's best armor -- also noticed it's pretty much his main outfit in the game. -- While I was at the island, I ended up unlocking another sidequest that deals with Karin. I checked a FAQ and it's called the Fort of Regret. I helped the guy who needed tissues because he died before he could...wipe. Then I got the Engagement Ring from the other guy. I can tell I'm not going to like this place. -- I went back to La Harve to give the woman the Engagement Ring and ran across Joachim's sister -- THE PEACH BAT. I ended up getting scared when she was like "Oh yeah, five turns and I'll kill you. Game over," because I remembere I hadn't saved in a while. But the fight was nothing; it ended in a couple of turns. I'm guessing the Dark Tower is Joachim's best weapon, because that was the reward. -- I went to France to buy a crapload of Strike Expands. I put them all on Yuri and ended up with nearly half the ring being all red, if I had to throw out a guess. Those things are damn expensive, too (20,000 per). I got a few Hit Expands and threw them on Kurando as well. -- The last thing I did was end up going to the Black Forest (ended up talking to the guy in the shop while I was at La Harve). This place was pretty annoying with all the flower talking nonsense. The boss was pretty much par for the course, although it did have more damaging attacks. Afterward, I got Lucia's Aurora Oil. --- "Called 'Godslayer' by some; feared by most." |
