Surskit - I swear I'd read your top video game music topic more frequently if: --- You started with a lower number. I dunno, there seems to be a lot of fodder there because it's over 1000 songs, whereas if you started with, say, 250, we could get to songs that you're really passionate about. --- You had a more diverse list. Liking Nintendo isn't a bad thing at all, but I get bored when I see, say, fifteen Mario Party songs on a list. That's not to say the music is bad necessarily, just that I like lists with variety. - On other notes, I'm glad that you've found new music you like in the VGMusic Contest. You've always been a loyal voter throughout, so it's good to see you've gotten some new pieces you like from it. - You're a nice dude who just happens to have weird taste. The list is Nintendo console-centered because otherwise it'd be a bit
painful. I had to look through all the music of all the Ninty games I
remember playing, and that was already a bit tiring (more like it took
me two months to get that damn 1170 tracks list done). Imagine adding
Sony and Microsoft in the process - I'd explode. Hell, even with the
Nintendo list, I forgot some great series, including Castlevania (D:)
and Mega Man (oh it pains me so). I thought ahead of you and tried to
add some surprises such as Silent Hill and some random PS2/X bawcks
games. But most of them are higher up in the list, or otherwise they
felt like I was wasting a slot. >_> Thanks for the write-up, by the way. I think you're the first person to say anything about me, ever. ^_^ Still can't over the fact I missed my interview that would probably have bumped me to stardom! --- .-#Elements of Water#-. |

Drakeryn - One of my favorite dudes on the board. I'm sure you know this by now. - I was secretly pulling for you to win Mercs 1, solely because I liked your team and strategies a tad more, though I would never have admitted that while the game was running. - If we had a "Most Intelligent User" contest (like the one I tried running just for ****s and giggles) you'd be my pick to win it all. - Thoughtful, rational, calm and collected - which makes your occasional bursts of anger all the more satisfying, because they're always justified. - That said, your arguments in Mercs can be at times a little specious at best, especially in losing circumstances, but you know this - you're damn good with words and you can persuade like the best of them. Sometimes I wish you wouldn't be as "flexible" with the rules (like saying your team would plan in advance and have specific accessories to counter the opposing team), but hey, that's Mercs. =) - You should totally do a writing project sometime. Tombolo - NO LYNCH NELLY should totally be a term we use more frequently (that is, at all). Or we could just call them "Tom Boms" and it would have the same effect. - I still don't understand the difference between dismissive and defensive. >_> - I feel kinda bad for you when you get trapped in corners in Mafia games because I don't think you're the best at expressing yourself without lapsing into panic and rage. It's probably Chris or something. - If I had to pick one user to be my stalker, it'd probably be you. Seems like every time I pop up in the chat it's "hey ed" this, and you're an avid follower of basically everything I do. These are not bad things! I like fans. - You are probably the only user the following sentence applies to (besides mammerjammer, and she hardly counts): I talk to you more outside the board than I do within it. - get good taste imo - also listen to some damn PROJECT linkz imo - You have the great ability to shrug off lots of verbal abuse, which is nifty (and it's something I definitely don't have!). neon - ****ers! - Probably the "realest" dude on the board for me. You always speak your mind and doesn't afraid of anything (or however that fad goes), you can talk about yourself freely and without exaggeration or embellishment... the list goes on. - Your writing style is also among my favorites on the board. You have a great tense of comic timing SNAAAAAKE - I couldn't see myself really hanging out with you in real life, but I imagine you'd be a blast to work with. - I also agree with you on just about everything I've seen you type. Well then it purged and I couldn't find the new topic, because I don't remember you getting into the second dungeon. I got all the way through but it essentially became me posting like 2000 characters, then some blurbs, then some opinions, then Ed Bellis would post a sentence, and then repeat.
