Bought EXIT, CURE4, and HRM4 for my White Wizard and a Catsclaw for my
Ninja. Then i became so lost i had to use a FAQ again -_-. Its official
you can't beat this game without an FAQ because ive played many other
RPGs without one and ive not had nearly as many problems as in this
game. Found out i had to find a caravan to purchase a fairy, little that i knew i had to inspect a desert on the map that had no location. I found it of course, bought the fairy, and then got stuck again. Apparently i forgot that the fairy's spring was in the same town as the fairy -_- Anyway used a FAQ again to find out where the submarine was located. Found the submarine and im now doing the underwater sea dungeon. Stopping here today. P.S: When was I going to find out i could use weapons as items in-game? I looked up what the Zeus armor did and discovered it used Lit 2 in battle. Oh, man. I've often thought about doing this, but I never actually got to it beyond the first two FFs. Definitely go in order, straight from 1 through 10-2. Are you going to do Dawn of Souls/Origins or stick to the original versions? Original versions = More authentic experience. --- I once forgot how to write a cursive "k". Ok finished up the Water Orb Dungeon and received the slab which i
needed to understand the Lefeinians. Went to their town and learned of
the previous light warriors and their airship (which is in my
possession) I learned of their castle that was taken over by Tiamat so
that is my next destination. I'll probably attempt it after i eat and

I got to Chaos with only two people -_- Stupid Kraken and Tiamat with your Bane spells and your ability to hit 8 times. I was doing pretty good against Chaos with only my Knight and my Ninja but then he used CUR4 and then he used FAST which apparently allows you to hit more o.O If i had known that i would have given my ninja FAST but seems a bit cheap IMO. I can beat him w/o it. Going to eat then im going to finish hopefully. P.S: Was the Masumune (sp) in the Tiamat2 area? I didn't search it enough because i was trying to see if i could have beaten Chaos with only two of my members intact. --- "Darn. I own tons of games i have two brothers. Games i own myself however: Street Fighter Alpha 3 Shenmue 2 Looks like ill be starting over again. Tiamat needs to stop doing BANE on the first try and killing my white mage. With no phoenix downs in this games unless you have two white wizards you are screwed. --- "Darn. Yes my brother owned Shenmue and that game made me want to buy the second one myself :D HELL YA! On my third attempt im beat Tiamat w/o anyone dying. Now on to Chaos once more. "May the orbs always shine brightly" wOot! Finally i beat what is easily the hardest Final Fantasy game I've ever played. That last battle was tense. For the first 5 or so turns Chaos just did fire/lit/ice spells or attack regularly, which was no big deal, but then he used CRACK. My knight died and my wizard died. Then Chaos used Cure4 -_- Luckily every time my master attacked he hit 5-6 times and did about 200 damage because of critical hits. My ninja scored a couple of criticals but not as many as my master. I love attacking 4 times for 4 damage on the last boss. Chaos then used multiple wind spells which is arguably the most powerful element in this game. Then my ninja was destroyed. My master was all alone with about 100 hp. Master attacks does about 200 more damage to Chaos, Chaos does a ice 3 spell and i barely survive. Then master attacks for what my be his final attack. Bam 200 damage, critical hit, all i was waiting for was to see the words terminated come up. THEY DID!!! OMG THAT THAT *******. I WIN ********!!!!!! Last impressions: I would play it again. I would of course have a different party and i would job advancement earlier that excepted. Nice to see that some things that i absolutely love came from the original game (Bahamut, Chimeras, Tiamat, Ocho/Ochu, Jobs, Magic,etc). Now i know what almost all the weapons do and i know where to go, i wouldn't need a FAQ at all. In conclusion, im glad i played this game and i would happily do it again anytime. Started on the "worst" FF game. Impressions: Well definitely has more of a storyline element to it (which is ok but i can do without a story as long as the gameplay is decent). You start of the game dying, which in my opinion, is pretty badass. To get more important info from people you must learn what they say and then say it to them. I don't really like that but meh its not too important. Also i know im getting the canoe again. I'll probably save then quit. Well time to explore the Phin castle. --- "Darn. Well FF2 definitely improved on my of the grasp i had about FF1: Faster gameplay Phoenix Downs Better pots I don't see how it could be worst than one certain FF ive played but on with the show! --- "Darn. FF2 was IMO the worst game of the series. That doesn't mean it was

Started playing about an hour and a half ago. In this game, spells seem
to level up the more you use them. I already have Fire4 and i haven't
even left the first part of the game yet o.o Also this game has weapon mastery, the more you use the weapon, the better you get with it (more hits with it, more accuracy, etc). I'm liking it so far. The two guys in my party about about to lvl their weapons up again so after i do that ill probably take a break then start up again later. --- "Darn. Meh. My next destination has enemies who do 50-300 dmg and i only have
40-90 hp. Definitely going to need some luck for this. I'm hungry so

Ok i found out what to do next :D I was suppose to be in the Empire infested town but i wasn't suppose to try and fight the guards -_- I found a guy who gave me some very important information and now im going back to the castle to reveal it to the King. --- "Darn. mentioned in the northwest are enemies i couldnt dream on fighting yet

I say, try them all in order. It's the best way to see how the series evolved. And try to play the original NES ones (for FF1, 2 and 3) instead of the various remakes. The remakes are quite nice, but the originals's ancient looks will make you appreciate the SNES ones better ;) --- Baiken + Sakura Kasugano + Asuka Kazama + Ayane + Fio Germi + Kunimitsu + Kula Diamond + Maki Genryusai + Malin = Heaven! |

I am doing them in order and im playing the NES versions of FF1-3. I've already beat FF1 :D Btw, WTF??!?!??!?!?? An enemy dropped the X-Zone spell book.
