Okay, it's critical thinking/advice time.
My incredibly sore butt has reached a breaking point.
...This quit is doing jack **** to mmake the ground softer.

I know Andy's an incredibly deep sleeper, and I also know what time he wakes up for school in the morning.

Think it's worth the risk that I wait for him to come home and go into his room, give him a half hour to fall asleep, then sleep in my own bed? I'd set the alarm 45 minutes earlier than he usually sts his, and scurry right back in the closet. If i'm sure he's asleep, there's no REAL risk, as he doesn't pass my bedroom in the off chance he goes to the bathroom in the night, and even if he DID walk by, he'd have to actually enter my bedroom to see me on the bed.

My butt's telling me it's worth it.

How about sleeping under his bed?

Unfortunately, I've been told I snore, otherwise, i'd actually seriously consider that.

[Finally, the closet itself. Generously furnished with a quilt, pillows, a Nintendo DS, an iPod, the remote to the desktop across the room, my MacBook laptop, and the all-important bottle of strawberry soda.]

Oh yeah, almost forgot:

And, before anyone says anything, YES! I have a scab on my forehead. I fell down the stairs a few days back and crashed head-first into this wooden coat closet we have. No fun. I don't reccomend it. Do as I say, people - Not as I do.

Matress on the Floor?

You can still sleep under it, if you had something ontop of the Matress to hide the lump, you wouldn't be noticed.

is there enough room for you to lie down flat in the closet?

hmm. i'd say just sleep in the bed, but if he finds you sleeping in there it will kind of bring everything to a very anti-climactic end.

if you're fairly sure you'll be able to pull it off, i say go for it.

Ok, I just read all 564+ posts when I should be doing a very important paper that's due tomorrow.

It was so worth it. This is pure win. And it's also EXTREMELY inspirtational for my next short story I want to write...I just want to see how this ends.

Also, keep calm...try NOT to get out of the closet. Rather than sleep in your bed, why not just snatch a pillow into closet and just lay down on your back?

I'm willing to stick it out, though. I couldn't sleep pretty much at all last night. SO maybe the exhaustion will force me under this time.

do you have any Tylenol PM laying around the house? maybe when he's sleeping you could sneak some in and boom, you'd be out, regardless of where you are.

That stuff knocks me out. It's just sleeping in your own bed presents a lot of risks....what if you have a nightmare and start screaming or something?

Jams | Posted 10/26/2006 12:51:09 AM | message detail | #086
well, have you ever slept through your alarm? has your alarm ever woken up your roommate?

if you answer no to both those, i'd say you're safe.

unless you snore really loud...if he's up in the night and hears you snoring you may be in trouble, even if you're in the closet...

good show, my man. for the record, DEATHMATCH's fastest 500 was something like 4:17 and not slower than 4:30 - I think LUE's record is like 1:30 or something. we would have cut the time wayyy down - probably to 3 minutes easily - had we had a real good time. alas, moderators don't like that kind of thing.

anyway, I'd be realllly careful about sleeping in your bed. you're going to be so glad to be out of there that going back in for another day is going to be like "uh... this sucks."

I can archive the topic for you if you want - all you have to do is hit "save as" and do it for each page, then upload the html files somewhere.

A friend of his got on Yaho Messenger, and I decided to risk starting a conversation with him.

Apparently, Andy knows all the chairs, and staticy tv and other things were me. ...He'd be stupid if he didn't figure that out. But, since he could never find me, he got so freaked out, he went to spend the night on the couch at his boyfriend's family's house.

That's not the best part. Tomorrow, his Aunt is coming with him BACK to the house, just because he's apparently scared to enter it alone.

Hmm......you're gonna have to get out of the house somehow, cause he's definitely gonna come searching. So, either blow your cover, or put this into full-scale planning. Is there any way you could get out of the house before he returns, and watch him so you know when he leaves and it will be safe for you to return?
