#18 - Bebedora (Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits) okay, this is my one and only ultra-obscure character on my list. Bebedora is.. umm.. http://www.flyingomelette.com/arc4/screens/bebedora.jpg http://www.flyingomelette.com/arc4/screens/bebedora2.jpg Bebedora's just messed up. she's this demonic puppet master girl with the ability to read thoughts and control anybody. she's not really good or bad - she really has no idea who or what she is and constantly refers to herself as an "empty vessel". an animate puppetmaster with no sense of morals, purpose and an existential crisis on top? totally awesome. she's just kinda.. there, possessing people and pissing others off by reading their minds. but it's her voice that makes the character - she sounds like a 13 year old mixed with a demon. I haven't played this game in so long (and for good reason), but the only thing that sticks in my head is Bebedora's messed up, demonic voice. she's delightfully twisted. plus, she's got an awesome character design. what the hell is that? --- xyzzy *waits patiently for CJayC to announce a Game Contest* |
