eh, why not. I feel like writing about people and everyone seems to like lists. some guidelines: - this is my personal opinion, not "board consensus" (if such a thing exists). I also don't really care about how much you "contribute" (what does that even mean?) I don't claim that these users are the greatest people ever, they're just my favourites. - I know and like a lot of people on this board, so if you're not on the list it doesn't mean I don't like you. chances are if I don't like you, you knew before I started this list! I actually had to struggle to decide which 100 to put on the list, so please don't be offended if you're not on. - I tried to keep this to people who post at least semi-regularly these days. I probably left one or two of the old folk in, but that's just because they're that awesome. huzzah !! --- xyzzy |

100 - Rikku Almighty pushed his way onto the list a couple days ago when Aeon made him look stupid as hell. I think I've laughed at him every day for the last week. (archipalego!) nah, Rikku is cool. he's been around a long time and constantly talks about hot anime / video game girls, especially Seong Mi-Na. he's got a good number of alts, 80% of which I can't pronounce because they're those crazy Japanese names. (I especially love when the two Frugal Moogles start arguing back and forth - I can't believe one of those dudes hasn't been banned yet.) he and I don't share the same interests (well, besides Shadow Hearts), but he's always good for random idiotic conversation in a topic. --- iddqd "MY SLEEPING PATTERNS ARE SHOT THANKS TO YOU AND YOUR FANFICTION" -windmage |

99 - ZenOfThunder Zen used to bug the hell out of me about a year ago with that damn katamari thing. I don't even know why it was annoying, it just was. it took me like six months to not see him as "that katamari dude". but he's grown on me. apparently he's board 8's "official archiver" now - where is this great archive? I remember finding a huge topic on a secret board of his archives, but is there a board or a website that's dedicated to what you do? I gotta see this thing. I love to archive things, but most of my online time is at work where I don't get a chance to save everything. anyone who archives stuff for later use is a good person in my book. (speaking of which, I demand people get screenshots of the board when the bracket is finally released next year or whenever. those are always fun to look back at.) he also seems to be the #1 Phoenix Wright fanboy, though that may just be because of his little shoutout on Objection!. between that and Katamari, seems to like anything quirky. 98 - Haste2 Haste is an old favourite of mine who just recently came back to the board. for some reason he decided to kill off his five year old account by telling MBH he was underage. what was up with that? trying to get your priorities in check or something? gotta give you credit for staying away a good four months before crawling back.. contests do that. Haste is an old stat topic vet (we're talking 2k2) who always has something good to post. his posts in the stats topic are always good and I enjoy seeing him lately on HRRH's fourpack board. (cheap plug!) he used to give a lot of good analysis in the NCAA Games contest (another plug!), but he kinda left and there's not much to analyze with one match a day now. Oh gods I hope I get on because if I don't I will realize that I'm not
popular on teh internets with a certain person and thus my life will
have no meaning since the internets means everything to my life and I
really don't have anything going for t I guess, but I could always be
wrong because there might be a chance and - ha, I almost kept my
straihgt face there for a while, because there is in no way that I will
have a role more important in the world than on the interweb because it
is my life and I wouldn't know what to do without it I think, but I
might be wrong and what if I'm wasting my entire life just by posting
and constantly refreshing on a certain board where a bunch of losers
like myself post on for no reason other than to console themselves that
there are indeed bigger losers than themself, but that is crazy talk
because we're all not losers (except for Tai) and we all are not
wasting our life by posting on this board. Life sure is swell. =D |

97 - Do not even ask omg dnea's popular awn tha intranet DNEA's occupation on board 8 is insulting all his "friends". they then go and talk behind his back about he's the incestuous love child of Oglop Cid and Queen Brahne. DNEA's been around a long while and most of his e-posse have pretty much moved on - Semi, HGR, partystar - only Mumei and HM remain.. or at least those are the ones he picks on the most. he makes up cute little names for each of his friends, it's like a demented six year old's dream. but DNEA is fun and random. god knows what he's gonna type next. he likes to start lots of tiering/ranking/CYOA/talking topics and abandon them within seven minutes. he makes these like every two weeks. he's like Sir Chris with ADD. --- xyzzy |

96 - SHINE GET 64 SHINE is the board's resident Mega Man fanboy. he's "fanboyish" towards a few other series as well, notably Dragon Warrior. he also almost got me in trouble at work for posting Mega Man hentai on my wiki page! so, uh, thanks! SHINE's "thing" these days are the SHINEs, some weird thing he started about six months ago where he gives people awards for posting excellence. people seemed to like this and are still copying this idea. I never understood the appeal of the SHINEs, but people are rather competitive over them, so cool! there's some kind of competition going on to see who the ultimate SHINE winner is that I suicided in out of apathy. yay! all in all, a decent dude. --- xyzzy |
