The most embarrassing moments list is great, but if it's going to have
Warcraft vs GTA then it should also include the disgrace that was
Castlevania vs Kingdom Hearts. That was more elitism then I'd care to

oh man, the board was awful that day. as far as whiners go, I've never
seen anything like the series contest. Dragon Quest, Castlevania, GTA..
all of the "mature" audiences whine worse than any "kiddie" game,

Yeah, the Series Contest definitely brought out the worst in fanboyism
from a lot of people. At least the Shadow Hearts fanboy (possibly
plural?) remained upbeat! 4. The hubris of Heroic Mario. Let me say this: YOU DO NOT BET THE MOST FAMOUS ACCOUNT IN BOARD 8 HISTORY ON GANONDORF OVER SONIC. You especially do not bet it in A STACKED BET. Sir Chris's account bet with Heroic Mario wasn't epic or legendary - it was stupid, because the odds were stacked against HM from day one: if Ganon lost against Vincent as opposed to Sonic, he'd lose, which essentially meant that HM had two opportunities to lose while Chris had one. It was blatantly unfair not to mention stupid beyond all reason, but HM's pride let him get away with it. Unlike most events involving good ol' Aitch Emm, this one wasn't epic or legendary. It was... well, pretty depressing. ...That was the low point of the year for me. As much as I hate Ganondorf, I hated even worse for HM to go out like that because, well...virtually everyone saw it coming. --- "I'm only here to see how the story plays out. Heh, I tried to talk HM out of it (and Sir Chris even gave him an out,
too, if I recall correctly), but he refused to be persuaded. I think
that made it a bit more depressing. And actually if Vincent had beaten Sonic, the account would have survived, but he didn't even wait to see if that would happen. Good job on being completely clueless, Ed. If anything was a bad point
about the whole Jessa thing, it was your buddies being "smart" and
acting as if I had done something wrong when I simply blamed some guy
for doing something completely ****ed up to the girl who loved him. The
possibility that Jessa lied to me about what happened exists, however,
in that case, the blame obviously shouldn't be on me. As for "sticking
my neck where it didn't belong", again, you just know half the story
(if even that... doubtful), and you don't realise that I was there to
make a devastated girl feel better when she needed it, a couple weeks
before the whole argument happened, shortly after said asshattery had
