14. yoblazer33 YO BLAZER YO BLAZER YO YO YO YO YO yoblazer is one of those users that does it all, and does it well. He's a sensible and easy-to-read fellow in the stats topic; he was probably the best person on the Spring Analysis Crew for his bulleted lists and concise points. When he talked about the users it was really damn good, genuine, and detailed, prompting me to make my topic after his died down. He's also really hilarious: he can join in on fads without them getting stale, and he's also great at photoshopping (or, at the very least, finding hilarious photoshopped images). yo also created perhaps the weirdest obsession of the year: Ariel, from the Little Mermaid. voltch ran a ton of Best Disney Character contests and yo was by far the most vocal Ariel fanboy around. I didn't even know there were Ariel fanboys! After this, other Ariel fans crawled out of the woodwork, even some unlikely ones (looking at you, Ulti!). yo's current account, after having lost it to Sir Chris in one of the only account bets worth watching this year (Mega Man/Mario Kart - hey, I thought yo had a shot), is "YoAriel33" for good reason. yo hasn't been around as much lately, and thus the board has lost one of its best posters. This year, as in previous, yo managed to be a jack-of-all-trades, never wearing his welcome out at all. Definitely one of a kind. --- This was Ed Bellis. Rufus Shinra 18 took a shotgun to my bracket. 13. meisnewbie LOL DITE There is truly no one on Board 8 like meisnewbie, and I don't know if you could say that about any other user. newbie's posting style is... impossible to describe. Imagine sephsblade without the frequent references to concepts you might understand. Imagine Shake if Shake never bothered to learn English well. Sir Chris once called newbie a funnier version of Popo, and that's perfectly true: he is, quite possibly, the funniest user of 2006. If you can follow along with his rollercoaster posts, they're actually very rewarding and they do make sense! ...sort of. Watching newbie on the board is pretty cool. This past year he posted in a lot of places, notably the most powerful characters tournament, where he was both an invaluable arguer and one of the best people there at deflating arguments and asking good and tough questions. This carries over to other aspects of the board - newbie is often prone to talking about anime and OMG COLETTE, and he's one of the most well-informed people whenever he does talk about something. newbie's been one of the best and most entertaining people to interact with all year.
